Usage Instructions
Dosage
Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules, 2 times daily with food, or as professionally advised.
Contra-indications
Contraindicated with hypercalcaemia, hypercalcuria or severe renal disease.
Vitamins and minerals are supplementary to and not a replacement for a balanced diet.
